Opening hours

Day rates are based on a 9-hour day. Half-day bookings are 4.5 hours. All half days must either start or finish by 1pm. Overtime $65/hr. Weekend hire and out of hours + an additional $65.00 fee.

Bookings or cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed with a minimum of 36 hours before the day of the shoot. There is a $300 cancellation fee for bookings cancelled after confirmation.

Cleaning

All studios and hire equipment will be clean and in good working order on your arrival. When you leave, it is your responsibility to leave the studio clean and check in all hired equipment. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Insurance

It is hereby agreed that Stylelab accepts no responsibility for equipment, people or other goods brought into the studios by photographers. Insurance of gear, people and goods in their care is the responsibility of individual hirers. Hirers must have their own public liability insurance.

GST

Quoted prices are GST inclusive. Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Accounts

If you do not have an account with Stylelab payment must be made on the day of booking. Accounts can be paid by direct debit, cheque, money order or cash. Any new client must provide proof of address, telephone number and drivers licence numbers.
